Helix delivers a complete solution from start to finish, including:

 

• Design and structuring of the originating transaction with the client

• Establishment and registration of the sub-fund with the Register of Commerce

• Preparation and registration of the Regulations of the Compartment

• Drafting the offering Investment Memorandum

• Preparing the Final Terms  

• The appointment and management of legal counsel, including obtaining the legal opinion on the structure

• The appointment of auditors of the Compartment 

• Providing a secure web site that hosts all fund related documents and communications to your investors, which is branded under your chosen name (hosted at www.FundNav.lu) 

• Where required, we will arrange and appoint the Custodian, Paying Agent, Listing Agent, and / or arrange introductions to banks

• We can arrange for the Notes to be settled through Clearstream or Euroclear, and listed on a Recognised Exchange

• On-going management of the sub-fund and reporting

• When agreed, we assist in the fund raising by private placement of the securities

Helix was the first securitisation fund in Luxembourg strucutured as a Special Limited Partnership. This enables us to offer our clients an entirely tax neutral vehicle. The structure has all the benefits of a typical corporate securitisation vehicle but is more flexible and cost efficient.
