Securitisation transactions have typically been seen as the preserve of financial institutions, investment banks and publicly listed companies. The Helix platform is also suited to private companies and un-listed funds, to enable such issuers to access a broad range of capital markets. Our comprehensive "one stop" approach is ideally suited for such an issuer, as we take care of everything from start to finish.

 

Included in our fee is the cost of all the external service providers, including legal counsel.  Our clients can rely on us to deliver and arrange all aspects necessary to facilitate a succesful financing, without the complexity and additional cost of multiple service providers.   

 

We work with our clients to offer a solution rather than a product, and accordingly we get involved earlier, we help design the transactions and the structure to meet your desired financing outcomes.  We are quick and efficient as we have the umbrella structure in place. We advise on the terms of the offer, we prepare the offering documents, and we manage the commercial arrangements with the other professional advisors.  We also continue to manage the Compartment after the fund raising is complete.

 

We offer commercial input and can advise you on the optimal structure for your assets and funding requirements and also and help formulate the offer itself.  We are happy to use our experience to formulate commercial recommendations and thereby will help craft the solution. 

We then, like other professional advisors, implement and execute accordingly and to the highest professional standard. 

 

Then should you wish us to do so we will assist in the placement process, which is typically done by way of private placement.  We have experience and relationships with a number of funds and institutions and access to HNWIs to whom these instruments appeal.  We believe this differentiates us.
